1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qu77 ("qu77", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the qu77 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at qu77.bet. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of qu77 services, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. qu77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account registration rules:

• Each player may hold only one registered account on the qu77 platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number that you own. qu77 will use this mobile number for account verification, two-factor authentication, and communication purposes.
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making your first withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identity document and proof of ownership of any payment method used. qu77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
• qu77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights or entitlements associated with your account to any third party.

Account security obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qu77 account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. qu77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your qu77 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify qu77 support immediately via live chat or email. qu77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

qu77 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following approved payment methods. qu77 does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed as approved. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. qu77 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Approved mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Approved bank and card methods: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Visa, Mastercard.
• All deposits are credited to your qu77 account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact qu77 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the qu77 finance team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours. qu77 targets the following processing timeframes, though actual times may vary based on payment method and account verification status.

• Mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket): typically within 1-4 hours during business hours.
• Bank transfers: typically 1-3 business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, however large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. qu77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

qu77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions that apply to each individual promotion as published on the qu77 platform at the time the promotion is offered.

General bonus terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. qu77 bonus wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and must be wagered through the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• qu77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of any amendment will be honoured under the original terms.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets, or engaging in any strategy designed to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Responsible Gaming

qu77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment. If gaming ever ceases to feel enjoyable or begins to feel compulsive, qu77 encourages players to use the tools described below and to seek help if needed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qu77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the qu77 platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of team play, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit platform mechanics.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal means. qu77 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the qu77 platform or any game offered on it.
• Accessing the qu77 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent any access restrictions.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

qu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or account registration rules.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the timeframe specified by qu77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests submitted via qu77 support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at qu77's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at the player's own request or due to a business decision by qu77), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method after deducting any pending bonus amounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the qu77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, user interface, logos, trademarks, text content, software, game interfaces, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of qu77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the qu77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the qu77 platform without prior written consent from qu77. Unauthorised use of qu77 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qu77 and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the qu77 platform or any content, services, or features available through it.

qu77 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. qu77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance that results in platform downtime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. qu77 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

qu77's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the qu77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the qu77 Privacy Policy. qu77 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the qu77 platform. qu77 does not sell personal data to third parties. 12. Amendments to These Terms
